Unity of Three Hearts
A great master said, “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” When you know that the truth is what you are, the next step is to see the truth, to see what you are. Only then are you free. Free of what? Free of the emotional drama that is the consequence of believing in lies. When the truth sets you free, the symbols and agreements you learned and believed are true are no longer ruling your world.
“Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I had said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.” – Buddha
Techniques of a Master

The quotes of mine below is an answer to somebody’s opinion that “I’m not a master and a fraud” in my youtube video (Eight Extraordinary Meridians Qigong)
“Although I don’t think I have met you, you’re entitled to your opinion. However, I’m not a fraud.”
“Even though I studied pranic healing and arhatic yoga under GMCKS, I am not under the IIS and not under their umbrella. I’m under ISIS (Integral Studies of Inner Sciences) under Master Mike Nator. I only answer to Mang Mike who gave me permission to teach, and I have written 7 books on meditation and Qigong as my master pranic healer thesis to further his teachings.
So the opinion of the global pranic healing foundation doesn’t bother me because I am not under them.”
“I would also like to add that as a B.C., Canada licensed registered acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner’ (scope of practice) which includes Qigong and Qi-healing, I can practice and teach Qi-healing (pranic healing) and Qigong as a certified Qigong master to everybody through my books and personal consultation, despite the opinion of others.”
“Master Choa Kok Sui and Master Mike Nator both started pranic healing. Mike Nator is a master and a teacher of Master Choa Kok Sui and has a separate school ISIS to promote pranic healing and Meditation on Twin Hearts. Mang Mike initiated me as a master that is why I carried his work. The books of Master Choa mentions Mang Mike as his guide and teacher.”
“Like I said, Mang Mike doesn’t need to be a certified pranic healer because he and Master Choa founded pranic healing. Does Master Choa need certification?” – Acharya Ricardo B Serrano, R.Ac.
The seven books in You Hold the Keys to Healing cover the Qigong basics of the NEW UPDATED ENHANCED Winged Unicorn Meditation Technique – Atma (Soul) Yoga of Immortality – an advanced combination of meditation and Qigong forms for healing and attaining oneness with higher Self or Self-realization – to become a self-realized being (Zhenren) or Srivatsa symbolized by Swastika.
Atma (Soul) Yoga of Immortality, founded by Acharya Ricardo B Serrano, is about becoming a Self-realized soul by attaining oneness with the higher Self via advanced meditation and Qigong practices that are based on his seven books and 2 dvds that are used in the curriculum of Integral Studies of Inner Sciences.
The word Swastika is Sanskrit: swa means “higher self,” asti means “being,” and ka is a suffix. The word may be understood as “being with higher self.” It is also known as srivatsa.
It has an especially strong connection to Buddhism in India, which was then transmitted to China. The srivatsa is often found on Buddha sculptures, and it is believed to be a sign displayed by Buddhas to the people who first depicted it — a symbol with profound and heavenly meanings. It has been understood over the ages as a symbol of good luck, a symbol of purity, and other positive attributes.
Integral Studies of Inner Sciences was founded
in honor of my late Unicorn Meditation teacher
Master Mike Nator, founder of Integral Studies
of Inner Sciences, Philippines
Unfortunately, the Integral Studies of Inner Sciences is not suitable for everybody. So one must not be offended if one is not taught the deeper esoteric practices such as Unicorn Meditation after a pre-screening process. This is only because certain applicants may not be healthy enough to withstand the physical, emotional and mental stresses and changes they will be subjected to.
To be initiated into any deeper esoteric training like the Integral Studies of Inner Sciences, it is necessary to have the following qualities already present in the person for a safe and sequential unfolding:
- Character – Briefly, a student undergoing esoteric training must have more or less built a character of which he is mentally, emotionally, and physically integrated and balanced as a personality, and also spiritually awakened.
- Physical Health – A student must be a person who is more or less a vegetarian by personal choice; thereby possessed of a refined physical body.
- Esoteric Background – A student has been on the path for sometime and is well acquainted with Basic Esoteric Teachings provided by Theosophy or other ancient esoteric schools of thought.
- Will to Persist – Treading the Way of the Spirit is not an easy task. The student in search for the truth meets obstacles and difficulties along the way. Many of which could pin the searcher down so hard that at times one gives up the challenge because progress is not apparent. The student’s greatest enemy is usually himself – the man of the world. So having developed the will to persist, a harmless, inclusive and selfless character will guarantee his progress and success in achieving his goal.
It must be borne in mind that once taught, the student is not allowed to divulge or share the deeper esoteric techniques of Integral Studies of Inner Sciences such as Unicorn Meditation with anyone who is not an approved and recognized member of the group. The Unicorn Meditation at the present time are for only a few who are “ready”; for a shift in consciousness and are of no use for the unprepared and may even prove disastrous for them. The student must keep the techniques to himself, and practice persistently and regularly in order to test effectiveness and achieve results. The student’s efforts will be rewarded one day.

Sri Yantra, Merkaba, Torus and Aura
are all the same thing
The Sri Yantra or Shri Chakra is a yantra formed by nine interlocking triangles that surround and radiate out from the central (bindu) point, the junction point between the physical universe and its unmanifest source. It represents the goddess in her form of Shri Lalitha Or Tripura Sundari, “the beauty of the three worlds”. Four isosceles triangles with the apices upwards, representing Shiva or the Masculine. Five isosceles triangles with the apices downward, symbolizing female embodiment Shakti. Thus the Sri Yantra also represents the union of Masculine and Feminine Divine. Because it is composed of nine triangles, it is known as the Navayoni Chakra. “These nine triangles are of various sizes and intersect with one another. In the middle is the power point (bindu), visualizing the highest, the invisible, elusive centre from which the entire figure and the cosmos expand. The triangles are enclosed by two rows of (8 and 16) petals, representing the lotus of creation and reproductive vital force. The broken lines of the outer frame denote the figure to be a sanctuary with four openings to the regions of the universe”.
Together the nine triangles are interlaced in such a way as to form 43 smaller triangles in a web symbolic of the entire cosmos or a womb symbolic of creation. Together they express Advaita or non-duality. This is surrounded by a lotus of eight petals, a lotus of sixteen petals, and an earth square resembling a temple with four doors.
The Shri Chakra is also known as the nava chakra because it can also be seen as having nine levels. “Nava” means “nine” in Sanskrit. Each level corresponds to a mudra, a yogini, and a specific form of the deity Tripura Sundari along with her mantra. These levels starting from the outside or bottom layer are:
1. Trailokya Mohana or Bhupara, a square of three lines with four portals
2. Sarva Aasa Paripuraka, a sixteen-petal lotus
3. Sarva Sankshobahana, an eight-petal lotus
4. Sarva Saubhagyadayaka, composed of fourteen small triangles
5. Sarva Arthasadhaka, composed of ten small triangles
6. Sarva Rakshakara, composed of ten small triangles
7. Sarva Rogahara, composed of eight small triangles
8. Sarva Siddhi prada, composed of 1 small triangle
9. Sarva Anandamaya, composed of a point or bindu
The Sri Chakra (called the Shri Yantra) is the symbol of Hindu tantra, which is based on the Hindu philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism. The Sri Yantra is the object of devotion in Sri Vidya.
Shri Chakra, popularly mistaken to be a symbol of Lakshmi, is actually a representation of Lalitha Mahatripurasundari, an aspect of Parvati Devi. Shri does not mean Wealth in this context. The term ‘Shri’ is used to denote the reverence to be given to this holy Yantra. The prefix ‘Shri’ denotes that the Yantra is auspicious, beneficent, salutary, benign and conducive to prosperity. The Shri Chakra is often referred as the Chakra Raja which means King of all Chakras which makes it a supreme instrument in the path of spiritual advancement.
